Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:15pm
Pay: £92.63 per day (via Teaching Personnel)

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work full-time in a welcoming Pupil Refferal Unit. This role is ideal for someone with a strong presence, resilience, and a passion for working with children—particularly those who thrive in active, fast-paced environments. ⚽
The Role:
Supporting a cohort of lively and energetic group of pupils
Helping manage behaviour in a positive, consistent, and engaging way
Building strong relationships with pupils to encourage focus and participation
Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and maintaining a productive classroom environment
Using activity-based strategies to channel energy constructively
Ideal Candidate:
We are particularly interested in candidates with a sporty or active background who can bring energy, structure, and enthusiasm to the classroom. This role as a Behaviour Suppoirt Assistant would suit individuals with experience such as:
Sports coaches
PE assistants
Youth workers
Team leaders or mentors
Individuals with a background in team sports or fitness
Key Skills & Attributes of a Behaviour Support Assistant
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Confident, calm, and authoritative presence
Ability to engage and motivate energetic pupils
Resilient, patient, and proactive approach
A team player who can collaborate effectively with school staff
