Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Act as a positive role model, building strong, professional relationships with pupils
Support classroom organisation, displays, and general administrative duties as required
What We’re Looking For
HLTA qualification or relevant higher-level experience in primary education
Experience working with children with SEND (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs)
Knowledge of EHCPs and personalised support strategies
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Patience, empathy, and a calm, consistent approach
Ability to plan, deliver, and adapt lessons effectively
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
