Year 3 Primary Teacher**
Aspire People are currently supporting a primary school who are looking to appoint a dedicated **Year 3 Teacher** to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who enjoys supporting pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2 and helping them develop greater independence, confidence, and curiosity within their learning.
The school is looking for someone who can create a positive classroom environment, deliver engaging lessons, and support pupils of all abilities to achieve their best.
**The Role:**
* Taking full classroom responsibility for a Year 3 class
* Planning and delivering creative lessons across the curriculum
* Supporting pupils as they develop KS2 skills and independence
* Assessing progress and adapting learning where required
* Creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
* Working closely with teaching assistants and wider school staff
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has recent UK primary teaching experience
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
* Confident classroom management skills
* Passionate about supporting children's progress
* Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
