A medium-sized fire consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to support a strong pipeline of work across the Midlands.
The Fire Risk Assessor's Role
The successful Fire Risk Assessor will carry out fire risk assessments across residential, commercial, education and healthcare properties.
The Fire Risk Assessor will be responsible for completing Type 1 and Type 3 fire risk assessments, producing clear reports, identifying fire safety defects and advising clients on suitable remedial actions.
The Fire Risk Assessor will work with managing agents, housing providers, commercial landlords and property owners, offering practical fire safety advice across a varied portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Fire Risk Assessor who enjoys autonomy, client contact and a balanced workload within a supportive consultancy.
The Fire Risk Assessor
The successful Fire Risk Assessor will ideally have:
NEBOSH Fire or equivalent qualification
Experience completing fire risk assessments
Strong knowledge of the Fire Safety Order
IFE membership or working towards
Excellent report writing skills
Full UK driving licence
