You will support pupils across KS1 and KS2, working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and specialist staff to ensure every child can access learning and reach their full potential.
Your support may include working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils

💼 Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality support within a primary setting
Support pupils to engage with the curriculum
Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation
Promote communication development and speech & language skills
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
Help create a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment✅ What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – essential
Experience in mainstream primary schools, SEND/SEN settings or SRPs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A patient, resilient, and child-centred approach
Confidence supporting pupils💰 Salary & Benefits
£95–£110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Long-term, stable placements
Full-time roles with part-time options available
