Home Manager (Nurse Qualified – RGN/RMN)

Up to £58,000 per annum | Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Nurse Qualified Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in the Wirral.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive care provider and take responsibility for a resident-focused 30-bed general nursing home. The role would also suit an experienced Deputy Manager looking to take the next step into a Home Manager position.
The Role
* Full-time, 40 hours per week
* Monday to Friday
* Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home
* Lead and develop the clinical and care teams
* Ensure high standards of person-centred care are maintained
* Drive occupancy, compliance and quality outcomes
* Maintain strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals

Package
* Salary up to £58,000 per annum
