Be Personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work with our client, a leading producer of high-quality fish in Lerwick, Shetland.
There has never been a better time to join the business with excellent benefits offered including:
* A competitive standard starting rate of £14.00 per hour and overtime at £21.00 per hour
• On-going agency contract with seasonal opportunities from the heigh of Summer (July/August) until Winter (approx. 6 months work)
* Weekly pay via agency
* Dayshift: 0700 – 1700 and Backshift/Nightshift will be from 1700 – 0300 with high amount of overtime expected in the heigh of the season
* Substantial overtime opportunities
* Supportive training
* Relocation Support with travel to and from the Island paid (ferry)
* Shared accommodation provided free of charge
* Transportation option provided
As a Production Operative you will be working on a line to preparing fresh fish.
The successful candidates will:
* Ideally have experience of working within a food processing environment
* Be reliable and punctual with an excellent work ethic
* Thrive working within a fast paced and deadline driven environment
* Have a degree of physical capability due to the manual nature of the work
* Be flexible with their working hours as shifts can change dependent on business needs
