New Homes Sales Advisor

Working Pattern
Thursday to Monday, 10:00am to 5:00pm
Weekend working is essential.
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join a our clients successful and growing Sales team based in the Suffolk area.
The New Homes Sales Advisor will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the sales complex, ensuring outstanding customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey. This includes achieving qualified sales reservations and meeting or exceeding sales targets, as well as efficiently progressing reservations through to exchange of contracts and legal completion.
Principal Accountabilities
Ensure that the general presentation of the site and sales complex is maintained to a high standard.
Ensure that all relevant information required to provide full and accurate details to purchasers is available and maintained at all times.
Guide potential purchasers around show homes, available plots and the development to fully demonstrate the product.
Ensure visitors and potential purchasers are aware of Health and Safety requirements and are accompanied by a company representative at all times.
Maintain accurate records using the company CRM system.
Liaise with purchasers, solicitors and financial advisers on a regular basis.
Arrange for customers to attend a home demonstration with the Site Manager and carry out the company's handover process.
Assist purchasers following legal completion with any defects or customer care issues.
Attend and minute weekly Sales/Site meetings with the Site Manager.
Proactively work with Sales Managers and colleagues to suggest ideas that will help increase sales performance.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
Experience of working within a face-to-face sales environment.
Experience working as a New Homes Sales Advisor within the residential housebuilding sector is desirable.
Qualifications and Training
GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
Skills and Aptitudes
Effective negotiation and sales skills.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
IT literate with the ability to adapt to new systems.
Commitment to diversity, inclusion and excellent customer service.
The Role and Working Conditions
Willingness to be flexible in respect of day-to-day duties and working hours.
Lone working may be required depending on the development.
Ability to travel to sales sites and regional offices when required.
Ability to work weekends and bank holidays.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
