Personal Assistant to the CEO (Full‑Time, Permanent)
Location: Cardiff Salary: £32,000-£36,000 parking at location, onsite role working with a friendly supportive team in a great environment.
A fast‑growing health‑tech company is seeking a highly organised, tech‑savvy Personal Assistant to support its CEO. This role sits at the heart of a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage shifting priorities, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
General administration - Manage the CEO's inbox and calls, handle bookkeeping tasks using Xero, process expenses and manage invoicing and payment chasing.
Diary & meeting management - Oversee a busy and frequently changing schedule, coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and documents, and act as a gatekeeper for the CEO's time.
Travel coordination - Arrange domestic and international travel, including transport, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring all documentation is in order.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong IT capability and ability to learn new systems quickly.
High proficiency with Google Workspace (or advanced Microsoft Office skills).
Proven experience as a PA, EA, or similar senior administrative role.
Experience in financial administration, including bookkeeping and expenses.
Outstanding organisation, communication, and time‑management skills.
Discretion, professionalism, and impeccable attention to detail.
