Primary Teacher (SEN) – Immediate Start
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: Salary will be dependent upon proven experience, qualifications, and the expectations and responsibilities of the role.
We are currently seeking two experienced and dedicated teaching professionals to join a specialist educational setting supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Working Hours
* 5 days per week
* 40 hours per week
* 8:00am – 4:00pm
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience working within an SEMH specialist environment.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* A trauma-informed, compassionate approach to teaching and learning.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners with a range of abilities and needs.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Successful candidates will support learners across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering high-quality education and helping pupils achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally.
We are looking for professionals who can build positive relationships, create engaging learning experiences, and support pupils in overcoming barriers to learning within a specialist setting.
