The Role
As an SEMH Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons tailored to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, the SENCO, therapists and external agencies to provide outstanding support.
Track pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues to ensure positive outcomes.
Inspire confidence, independence and a love of learning in every child.The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching in Primary or SEND settings, or a genuine passion for inclusive education.
Can confidently differentiate learning for pupils with a range of additional needs.
Has excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
Is patient, compassionate and committed to helping every child succeed.
Works well as part of a collaborative and supportive team.In Return, You Will Receive
Main Pay Scale salary (dependent on experience).
A full-time role starting in September.
