We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Lead Bodyshop VDA position in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. Liaising effectively with insurance companies and customers
Ensuring productivity targets are achieved and work is completed on timeRequirements of the Lead Bodyshop VDA:
Proven experience as a VDA or Estimator in a busy bodyshop environment
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Sound knowledge of vehicle repair processes and industry standards
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Full UK driving licence
