Now, we’re looking for a Demand Planner to join our EMEA Operations team in Uxbridge and play a key role in driving forecast accuracy, product availability, and operational excellence across the region.

The Role

As Demand Planner, you’ll sit at the heart of our supply chain owning demand forecasting across EMEA and working cross-functionally with commercial, supply planning, customer service, and NPD teams.

Maintain and optimise forecast data within SAP IBP

Proactively flag demand shifts and mitigate risks such as stock-outs
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Supply Planning, and NPD
Support new product launches with accurate demand planning inputs
Lead demand review meetings and contribute to the wider S&OP process
Track and publish forecast performance metrics

⚙️ What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in Demand Planning within FMCG
Experience with SAP IBP (preferred)
Strong Excel and analytical capability
Solid understanding of S&OP processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Why Join Monster?

Be part of a globally recognised, market-leading brand
