Civil 3D Technician

Our client is seeking a skilled Civil 3D Technician to join their team on a contract basis, working within the highways sector. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of critical infrastructure projects using Civil 3D and AutoCAD software.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing detailed highway design drawings using Civil 3D and AutoCAD
Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient project designs
Creating and managing 3D models for infrastructure projects
Performing technical assessments and proposing design solutions
Ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements
Providing support and guidance to junior technicians and team members
Maintaining and updating project documentation and drawings

Job Requirements:

Experience in infrastructure design using Civil 3D
Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings and modelling
Familiarity with highways engineering principles and practices
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical work
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication skills
Relevant technical or engineering qualifications
