What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and supporting clients using cloud accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or similar
Assisting with bookkeeping, VAT returns and day-to-day cloud accounting support
Preparing management accounts for a range of clients
Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts
Supporting clients with system queries and helping improve their finance processes
Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and support their finance function
Supporting senior team members on a variety of assignments
Helping clients move towards more efficient, digitally focused ways of workingWhat We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience with cloud accounting software is essential
At least three years’ experience within an accountancy practice
Studying AAT or ACCA, or completed AAT
Good understanding of bookkeeping, VAT and management accounts
Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn
Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
