Job Title: School Administrator
Location: Near Beverley
Job Type: Part-time (4 days per week, Monday - Thursday)
Start Date: ASAP - potentially until October half term
We are seeking an organised and confident School Administrator to support a small primary school near Beverley. The school requires someone who can start immediately, ideally with a DBS already registered on the Update Service. This role is term time only, working Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 3:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide front office and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of a small primary school
Manage phone calls, emails, visitor enquiries, and general office duties
Maintain and update school systems such as SIMS/Arbor (or similar MIS)
Support attendance processes and daily administrative tasks
Work collaboratively with staff to contribute to an efficient and supportive school environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in a school administrative role is preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using school MIS systems
DBS registered on the Update Service (essential for immediate start)
