Quality Assurance Manager

We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join a strong Technical team, reporting directly to the Technical Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the site's Quality Management System while leading Food Safety, Quality and Legality standards across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System
Lead and develop the QA and Hygiene teams, promoting a strong food safety and quality culture
Ensure compliance with BRCGS, HACCP, GMP and customer requirements
Oversee pest control, hygiene programmes and product testing schedules
Manage internal audits, non-conformances, customer complaints and corrective actions
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support traceability, recall procedures and compliance training activities
Work closely with the Technical team to maintain specifications and improve ways of working across the businessAbout You
Experience in a Quality leadership role within food manufacturing
Previous team management or supervisory experience
Internal auditing experience
Strong understanding of food safety, quality systems and pest control
