The Role - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, ADHD, Autism, attachment difficulties, and behavioural challenges.

Working both 1:1 and in small groups, you will help pupils engage with learning, develop positive coping strategies, and build confidence within the classroom. A key aspect of the role will involve supporting behaviour management and helping pupils regulate their emotions through consistent, nurturing approaches.
