£56,021 per annum plus benefits

Are you experienced Maintenance Supervisor seeking to join a well-established food manufacturing site in a Oxfordshire Market town.
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be 'hands on' & also supporting your team of engineers to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of engineers on days
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to breakdowns
Provide hands-on mechanical and/or electrical maintenance support
Plan and prioritise daily engineering activities
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and engineering standards
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Complete reports, maintenance records, and shift handovers

Strong mechanical or electrical background (dual-skilled advantageous)
Experience with PPM systems and breakdown diagnostics
Recognised engineering qualification (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC/HND or equivalent)
