Are you looking for a more meaningful and flexible way to teach?

We are recruiting Outreach Teachers to deliver 1:1 personalised learning to young people who are unable to access mainstream education. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners with SEND, SEMH, or additional needs in a more focused, relationship‑led environment.

With immediate start dates available and ongoing work from September, this role offers both flexibility and long‑term potential.

The Role

* Deliver personalised 1:1 sessions tailored to each learner

* Support students to re‑engage with education and learning

* Build confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing

* Adapt your teaching approach to meet individual needs

* Work in community settings such as homes, libraries, and local venues

About You

* QTS or relevant teaching/support experience

* Experience with SEND, SEMH or disengaged learners (desirable)

* A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach

* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
