We are recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join a major project team supporting delivery on the Hinkley Point project.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing project but working on thier offices in Bridgwater.
Working within a collaborative team of 6, this role will support the design function and play a key part in coordinating technical information and ensuring design activities remain organised and on track.
Key responsibilities:
• Supporting and coordinating the design process across the project lifecycle
• Uploading, managing and controlling technical and project documentation
• Managing document workflows and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with subcontractors
• Supporting MEP Package Management activities
• Ensuring information is updated and liaising with subcontractors
• Supporting delivery milestones and project timescales & General Administration support
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience within construction, engineering or contractor environments
• Ideally exposure to Tier 1 contractor projects
• Experience supporting technical, design, document control or coordination processes
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
