We are recruiting a Tyre Technician on behalf of our client, an established automotive service centre and tyre retailer with multiple locations nationwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tyre Technician to join a busy workshop in Cheltenham, offering competitive pay and career development prospects.

Salary up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
Performance-related bonus averaging around £3,600 annually

28 days annual leave

42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am-4:00pmDuties of a Tyre Technician:
Conduct accurate tyre repairs and fitting on all makes of vehicles, ensuring quality workmanship
Remove and refit components, carrying out necessary adjustments
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and is completed to a high standard
Identify and report any additional faults to customers or management
Clean vehicles of dirt, oil, or marks after service
Maintain precise documentation in line with company policies
Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure smooth operation and workflowRequirements of a Tyre Technician:
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Proven experience as a competent Tyre Technician gained through employment or apprenticeship
Good team player with excellent communication skills
