Electrician (Permanent)

Location: Birmingham Airport

Position: Permanent

M&E Giants Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced Electricians to join a major long-term project at Birmingham Airport. We are also looking for Supervisor's so if you are an electrician with SSSTS we want to hear from you!!.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position working on a high-profile infrastructure project within a busy airport environment.

We are particularly keen to speak with Electricians who already hold a valid Birmingham Airport Pass, however applications from experienced Electricians without a pass will also be considered.

Duties:

* Commercial electrical installations

* Power and lighting installations

* Containment systems including tray, trunking and conduit

* First and second fix electrical works

* Cable installation and termination

* Testing and fault finding where required

* Working safely within a live airport environment

* Reading and interpreting electrical drawings

Requirements:

* JIB Gold Card Essential

* Previous commercial or industrial electrical experience

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong health and safety awareness

* Birmingham Airport Pass highly desirable
