Client Services & Front of House Assistant
Salary: Circa £24,750 per year + Benefits
Location: Camberley, Surrey
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Are you a recent graduate, college leaver, or early-career professional with customer service experience looking to build a career within a professional business environment?
Our client is a leading provider of premium serviced offices across the South of England and is seeking a Client Services & Front of House Assistant to join its flagship business centre in Camberley.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy business centre. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in customer service, office administration, business operations, and client relationship management.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming clients and visitors and providing a professional front-of-house service
* Managing meeting room bookings, client requests, post, parcels, and general enquiries
* Supporting the day-to-day operation of the business centre and maintaining high standards throughout the site
* Completing administrative tasks including scanning, filing, data entry, and record keeping
* Assisting with Health & Safety checks, office supplies, and operational activities
About You
To be successful, you will have:
* Previous customer service experience gained through retail, hospitality, reception, administration, leisure, or a similar environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional manner
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
