Greet customers with professionalism and courtesy, establishing trust and rapport
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during vehicle servicing and repairs
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the dealership’s products and services through ongoing training
Promote additional services and repair work, maximising workshop revenue
Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs
Manage workshop bookings efficiently, scheduling appointments and confirming with customers
Conduct pre-appointment calls to clarify customer requirements and answer queries
Ensure accurate and detailed customer records within the dealership management system
Handle customer queries in a professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Contribute to a team environment focused on delivering excellence in customer serviceRequirements of the Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to assess customer needs and upsell services effectively
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
Experience working in target-driven environments
Valid UK driving licence
