About the role
Title – Front of house officer
Pay Rate – £13.70
Location – Croydon
Shift Timings – Must be fully flexible and able to work weekends

Your main responsibilities may include:
Speaking to visitors and clients on the phone
Prompt on email replies and be able to handle high volume calls due to this being the head office and point of escalation for both Superdrug and savers.
Dealing with incidents which have happened on site
Must be organised and this site is fast paced
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
SIA License.
5-year checkable work/career history.
Experience in a similar role, would an advantage
Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
Possess the ability to work under pressure.
Very good communication
