We are recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to lead a specialist Domestic Abuse Safety Hub (BDASH) service in Colindale, London.
You will manage a team of specialist practitioners, including IDVAs, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed support for survivors of domestic abuse. The role involves leading service delivery, safeguarding practice, partnership working, and driving positive outcomes for individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support a specialist domestic abuse team.
* Provide supervision, guidance, and performance management.
* Ensure effective safeguarding, risk management, and safety planning.
* Monitor service quality, outcomes, and compliance.
* Build strong relationships with partner agencies including police, health, housing, and voluntary services.
* Promote survivor-centred and inclusive practice.
Requirements:
* Experience managing domestic abuse, safeguarding, or specialist support services.
* Strong knowledge of domestic abuse legislation and risk assessment frameworks.
* Experience with multi-agency working and MARAC processes.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Commitment to trauma-informed and anti-discriminatory practice.
