Hgv 1 Driver

Romax Recruitment are looking for experienced HGV 1 drivers for our leading postal client based in Swindon.

Day and Night Shifts are available (The depot is open 24 hours)

* Some weekend availability may be required

* Flexibility is preferred

THE ROLE:

* Depot to Depot deliveries

* Minimal Manual handling is required

* You will be doing Trunk runs of parcels and mail between depots

* Making sure the load is secure and strapped down

* Vehicle checks must be conducted before and after a shift

Requirements:

* Candidates must have at least two year experience on HGV 1

* No more than 5 penalty points on your licence

* No more than 10 Infringements over a 12 month period

* Valid CPC and Tacho

Due to the nature of this role you are required to clear a DBS check.
