We are currently recruiting Psychology Graduates for Graduate Teaching Assistant opportunities within supportive and high-performing secondary schools across Croydon and the wider South London area. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students both in and out of the classroom, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full academic potential. The Role

Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant position
Based in well-established secondary schools across Croydon
Supporting students across Key Stages 3-5
Providing 1:1 support and small group interventions
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
Supporting students with additional learning needs (SEND) where required
September 2026 start

The Ideal Candidate

A degree in Psychology or a closely related subject
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine interest in education, child development, and behaviour
Ability to build positive and consistent relationships with young people
Proactive, reliable, and professional approach to supporting learning
