Locum Adult Social Worker – Older People & Physical Disabilities Team
Southwark, Surrey
£33.75 per hour (Umbrella)

We are recruiting an experienced Locum Adult Social Worker to join a busy Older People and Physical Disabilities Team in Southwark.

In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of adults with complex needs, undertaking Care Act assessments, reviews, safeguarding enquiries, mental capacity assessments, and multi-agency work. You will work within a strengths-based framework to promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for service users and carers.

Requirements:

* Social Work England registration

* 3+ years' post-qualified experience in Adult Social Care

* Experience of safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act work, and Care Act assessments

* Strong assessment, report-writing, and case management skills
