Location: Manchester & North West
Salary: Up to £41,000 + Overtime + Company Van & Fuel Card
Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established facilities management company, covering commercial office buildings across Manchester and the North West.

The Role
As a Mobile Maintenance Electrician, you'll be responsible for:

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

* Reactive maintenance and emergency breakdowns

* Electrical fault finding and repairs

* Electrical testing and compliance checks

* General building services maintenance

* Completing maintenance reports using paper and digital systems

You'll be working on a variety of commercial building services equipment, including:

* AHUs (Air Handling Units)

* FCUs (Fan Coil Units)

* Pumps & Motors

* Lighting & Power

* Distribution Boards

What We're Looking For

* NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* Experience within commercial maintenance or facilities management

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* Testing & Inspection experience is advantageous

* Full UK Driving Licence
