We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to work for an established and highly respected housebuilder based in the North West. You will initially be managing a long term residential project based in Crewe.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management of the construction site. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment, as well as liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in a similar position within the construction industry. You should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and construction processes is essential, along with SMSTS, First Aid and a valid CSCS card.
