Antal are working exclusively with a leading Social and Healthcare provider to recruit a Data Architect who is passionate about designing modern data architecture that delivers real outcomes, improves access to data, and enables data-informed decision-making.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Data Architect who wants to use their expertise to make a genuine difference to the lives of vulnerable people in the community.

Hybrid role - with meetings held on a quarterly basis in London or Manchester
Salary: £63,000 neg

Reporting directly to the Head of Data & Analytics, you will play a key role in shaping how the organisation accesses, manages, and uses data. You will also contribute significantly to the mid- and long-term Data Strategy, helping to build a trusted and scalable data foundation.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience designing and delivering modern, enterprise-scale data architectures
  -Strong expertise in cloud data platforms (eg, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, SQL Server)
• Deep understanding of data modelling across analytical, semantic, and reporting layers
• Experience implementing data governance, security, and life cycle management practices
• Ability to balance cost, performance, scalability, and maintainability in architecture decisions

Desirable

• Experience working with sensitive, regulated, or mission-critical data
• Involvement in large-scale data transformation programmes
• Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies
