We're looking for a proactive Regional Resourcing Coordinator to keep our operated plant hire running smoothly. If you're organised, people focused, and thrive in a fast paced environment, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
What You'll Do:

Coordinate operator hires across your region

Complete compliance checks including tickets, right‑to‑work, and medicals

Manage Rail Resources, Sentinel, sponsorship, FRI, and all rail admin

Work with internal teams to keep jobs moving

Build strong operator relationships and handle daily check‑ins

Maintain accurate records and support payroll/invoicing
What You Bring:

Experience in resourcing, scheduling, recruitment, or coordination

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confident with admin and IT

A calm, solutions‑focused approach
