Customer Service Coordinator – Permanent - Newcastle Under Lyme - £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
40 hours per week - One Saturday per month (9am-2pm) with TOIL
Due to continued business growth, our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy operations team. This is a fast-paced role where you will be the first point of contact for customers, taking details of their issues, providing reassurance and support, and coordinating engineer schedules to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively. Daily duties will include…
* Handling inbound customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
* Liaising with customers to understand their requirements and circumstances.
* Scheduling and coordinating engineers' workloads and appointments.
* Managing diaries, prioritising urgent cases and ensuring excellent levels of customer service.
* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a customer service, scheduling, planning or coordination role, be an excellent communicator and have strong organisational skills. Strong time management skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with customers in challenging situations.
