Job Description:
Know How Resourcing are proud to represent our manufacturing client based in Leeds. They are currently recruiting for a Bench Joiner to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for the accurate manufacture and assembly of bespoke joinery items, working from technical drawings and specifications. The role involves the use of a range of hand tools and woodworking machinery to produce high-quality components, ensuring precision and consistency throughout.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Work from CAD Drawings to manufacture high quality bespoke items.
* Compile accurate cutting lists.
* Set up and operate machinery
* Work out the most appropriate joining methods for the application.
* Assemble display items as per drawing / job sheet.
* Use both hand and power tools.
* Fill, sand and finish wooden products.
* Liaise with Team leaders and Production Manager.
* Adhere to all health and safety rules
* Any other tasks as deemed necessary by the business.
* Flexibility to work overtime when required
