Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirementsIdeal candidate
ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent recognised qualification)
Strong portfolio demonstrating design quality and technical competence
Experience working across multiple RIBA stages, ideally in a UK practice
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage workload and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for design excellence, sustainability, and placemaking
