TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project. They are looking for an experienced Facilities Property Manager to manage all Hard Services at a large NHS property

The successful Facilities Manager will have proven experience in leading facilities management strategies and functions in a safety critical and customer facing environment.

This is a rare opportunity to join a leading organisation, taking a pivotal role in their future growth.

Temp-to-perm

Key responsibilities for the Facilities Manager will include:

* Management of all Hard Services and engineer maintenance works on the site.

* Manage all maintenance programmes both Pre-planned and reactive.

* Implement and maintain the facilities management strategy for the company’s portfolio so that dependable, cost effective and sustainable hard and soft services are provided in accordance with industry best practice, franchise, and regulatory obligations.

* Manage the outsourced services contracts with specific reference to end user customer experience and financial performance.

* Report both in-house and to the client, managing KPI's and delivering on SLA's.

Pay: £25.28 per hour PAYE / £52,598.65 per annum
12-week temp-perm contract.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 42.5 hours per week.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Holder of NEBOSH health and safety qualification (or appropriate equivalent)

* Strong knowledge of property, facilities, and asset management

* Detailed knowledge of safety regulations (particularly CDM)

* Building services experience or equivalent.

* Hard FM management experience preferably within a healthcare environment.

* Experience managing M&E contracts.
