The Opportunity

As a Band 7 Pharmacist, you will act as a critical link in the multidisciplinary team, ensuring therapeutic efficacy and precision in complex clinical decision-making.

Clinical Delivery: Lead comprehensive medication reviews and provide expert pharmaceutical interventions to optimise patient care pathways.
Competencies: Demonstrate mastery of clinical pharmacy systems and advanced pharmacology to manage high-acuity caseloads effectively.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous adherence to GPHC standards and Trust-specific protocols to ensure the highest levels of patient safety.
Skills: Coordinate seamlessly with medical and nursing staff to streamline discharge planning and departmental workflow. Requirements
Background: Relevant experience in a UK-based Pharmacy setting, with Right to Work in the UK.
Credentials: Mandatory MPharm Degree (or equivalent) and current GPHC registration. The Your World Advantage
