We're partnering with, a well-established and highly respected specialist contractor operating within the structural steel sector.
With a turnover of approximately £15 million, and an impressive portfolio of projects across the UK, this family ran business has built a reputation for delivering high-quality protective coating solutions on some of the country's most significant commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
Due to continued growth and an increasing project pipeline, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of major projects and play a key role in the commercial success of the business.

* Producing commercial reports for senior management.
WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR
* Proven Quantity Surveying experience within construction, engineering, steelwork, specialist contracting or related sectors.
* Experience managing projects from initial order through to final account.
* Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
* Comfortable operating independently and taking ownership of projects.
* Experience managing variations, claims and commercial negotiations.
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

* Experience within structural steel, coatings, industrial services or specialist contracting.
* Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
* Estimating experience alongside Quantity Surveying responsibilities.
PACKAGE
* Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience.
* Car allowance or company vehicle.
* Hybrid working.
* Flexible working hours.
* Business expenses covered.
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
* Long-term progression opportunities.
* Supportive and highly experienced leadership team.
If you're an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a role where your commercial expertise will genuinely make a difference, this represents an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading specialist contractor at an exciting stage of growth
