Van Driver - Nights

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of EVRi Barnsley.
Hours: 3-4 nights a week across 7 days as per operational needs, start times range from 6pm-1am
Pay Rate: £12.92 per hour PAYE
Location: Barnsley, S74.
Job Type: Long term ongoing.
The role:
* Pick up the van from our client's site and drive to our client's customer location – 1 stop per shift across the UK
* Minimum 8 hours paid.
* Driver will be required to load the van on occasion with the designated items, and the vehicle will be sealed after loading (a photograph of the interior will be taken).
* Following this, driver will then commute to one of our client's depots and unload the van under supervision, documenting the unloaded items by taking a photo of the interior.
* Returning to the original depot empty.
* Occasionally doing collection runs as required.
Requirements:
* A valid UK driver's license.
* Have no more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
* Ability to pass a driving assessment.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Physical ability to manually load and unload vehicles.
* Flexibility to work the available shifts, including weekends.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Be accustomed to working unsociable hours.
