PS Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Resourcing Manager to join a fast-paced logistics operation. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the business attracts, recruits and retains high-quality drivers and operational staff while maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment partners.
Salary: £35k - £40k
up to £10k bonus pa
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for HGV Drivers and operational roles.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified drivers to support business growth and operational requirements.
* Develop and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring service levels and cost controls are maintained.
* Coordinate driver onboarding, compliance checks and induction processes.
* Work closely with operational teams to understand resource requirements and workforce planning needs.
* Monitor recruitment metrics, agency spend and vacancy performance.
* Support retention initiatives and employee engagement activities.
* Ensure all recruitment activity complies with relevant employment legislation and industry standards.
About You
* Previous recruitment experience within transport, logistics, distribution or driving sectors.
* Proven experience recruiting HGV Drivers and managing agency suppliers.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Organised, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
* Knowledge of driver compliance requirements would be advantageous.
* Experience in workforce planning, resourcing or recruitment management preferred.
