📚 The Role:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
Supporting pupils with EHCPs and personalised learning plans
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour support
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment✅ Requirements:
SEN experience is essential
Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
