Smile Education is working with a welcoming secondary school in Redditch seeking a dedicated PE Teacher to join from September 2026. The successful candidate will teach Physical Education across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons.
This role would suit an experienced teacher, ECT, or a teacher returning to the classroom looking for a positive and supportive working environment.
🏫 The Role
Teach Physical Education across KS3–KS4
Deliver engaging practical and theory-based PE lessons
Promote student participation, fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles
Support student progress and assessment across a range of sports and activities
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
Work collaboratively within the wider PE department and contribute to extracurricular activities where appropriate✅ What We’re Looking For
QTS / QTLS or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching PE at KS3 and KS4
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
