We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team working on projects at Gatwick Airport. This role requires someone with a strong background supervising electrical works in a fast-paced environment and who already holds a valid Airside Pass.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile airport infrastructure and electrical installation projects.
The Role
You will be responsible for supervising electrical installation teams, coordinating works, maintaining programme delivery, and ensuring all activities are completed safely and to specification within an operational airport environment.
Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day electrical works across airport projects
* Coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and site activities
* Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme
* Carry out site inspections and maintain quality standards
* Manage RAMS, permits, and health & safety compliance
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and airport stakeholders
* Monitor labour, materials, and progress reporting
* Ensure all documentation and site records are maintained
Electrical Supervisor Requirements
* Gold ECS
* SSSTS
* Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor
* Background in commercial and industrial electrical installations
* Valid Gatwick Airside Pass (essential)
* Strong understanding of electrical regulations and safe systems of work
* Ability to lead teams and work within a live operational environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
