Screening Administrator

We are recruiting for Screening Administrator to join a rapidly expanding and busy company based in Harpenden!

This is an excellent and rewarding opportunity to join a diverse and vibrant team! They are looking for someone with office-based experience to include great customer service and administration skills.

Full training will be provided. This role would suit someone who is organised, detail-oriented and interested in developing a career in employment screening, compliance or HR services.

* Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Hybrid working available following successful completion of probation.

Key responsibilities:

* Communicating professionally with candidates and clients via phone and email

* Processing and managing employment screening checks in line with client requirements.

* Reviewing and analysing employment documentation to verify accuracy and completeness

* Obtaining and validating UK and international employment references

* Conducting employment and gap analysis

* Identifying discrepancies and requesting clarification where required

* Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate case records

* Ensuring screening files are completed within agreed service levels.

* Handling confidential information in accordance with data protection and compliance standards

* Computer literate and confident in Microsoft products including Word and Excel

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Outgoing and upbeat personality

* Ability to deal with people of all levels in a confident a manner.

* Professionalism, reliability and discretion

* Excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail

* Team player
