The Role
As Engineering Lead, you will:
Provide leadership across a critical banking environment, ensuring safe and effective service delivery.
Lead and support the onsite engineering team, driving performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Act as the primary engineering contact for the client, building strong stakeholder relationships.
Oversee permit-to-work systems, risk management processes, and engineering governance.
Support incident management, audits, and performance improvement initiatives to ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved. You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role within Facilities Management or critical environments.
Strong experience within banking, financial services, data centres, or other mission-critical facilities.
Demonstrable success managing engineering teams within live operational environments.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
