Operations Manager – Multisite Food Retail (Butchery)

Your responsibilities as Operations Manager
* Oversee daily activity across three retail locations, ensuring consistently high standards
* Support site leadership teams to deliver excellent customer experience and product quality
* Manage stock control, ordering processes and inventory performance
* Identify and implement improvements to operational efficiency and productivity
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and traceability standards
* Act as the key operational link between locations and senior leadership
What we’re looking for in a Operations Manager
* Previous leadership experience within food retail, food production, hospitality or a related environment
* Strong experience managing multi-site operations or complex day-to-day business activities
* Sound knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards and HACCP principles
* Experience leading and developing sizeable teams across operational environments
* Background within fresh food, premium retail, butchery or similar sectors would be advantageous
Working hours: Full-time with flexibility to meet operational requirements and regular travel between locations.
