We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, high-calibre Guest Services professional with strong customer service experience and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. This role offers exposure across all aspects of the business and would be well suited to a highly motivated Receptionist or Customer Service Executive with excellent attention to detail, who is looking to develop their career and learn new skills.

What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact for all incoming queries.
Act as a brand ambassador, creating a warm and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
Build strong relationships with tenants and become their go-to point of contact.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages where required.
Coordinate and receive deliveries.
Order office supplies and manage stock levels.
Administer tenant memberships and maintain IT systems.
Ensure all systems and records are kept up to date.
Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.What You'll Need:
Degree educated (desirable).
Previous experience within customer service, reception, or administration.
Experience in a support role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
