Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in Chesterfield to recruit to a Gas Engineer on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Gas Engineer include:
Working within tenanted and void social housing properties
Carrying out repair, renewal, installs & safety checks
Ensuring tenant satisfaction
Working closely with the compliance team in ensuring work is undertaken safely
Utilising a PDA
Completing necessary paperwork
Requirements of the Gas Engineer include:
UK Driving License
Relevant gas tickets (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1)
